Went July 23. ...rooms need overhaul but homely feel...food very good....beach 1 of best seen

I read lots of bad reviews on this resort on TripAdvisor. Many guests were complaining about rats and dirty rooms. Moreover, the management isn’t eco friendly. They use the hermit crabs for night games with hotel guests. The reef is also badly damaged probably due to hurricane Winston. So, the diving is mediocre.

The oldest rainforest on earth 10 million years older than the Amazon,the whole of Gondwana was once covered in this rainforest and this tiny bit in far North Queensland is pretty much all that's left of it.

If it never changed Australia whould be also the top place for undiscovered species aswell as produced so much type's of Rainforest. Either way in a few millions of years later Australia will become green again.
